I implemented an efficient online scheduling system at Courageous Healing to improve therapy registration. This system considered each client's needs and has reduced the registration process by 10 minutes. More than 90% of potential clients have adopted this method, making it easier for the public to access information about services and eliminating the need for an extra registration specialist. 98% of clients were able to find the right therapist on their first try.

At first, Courageous Healing had a small team and encountered the common issue of limited resources that many nonprofits face. To address this, I worked on improving our processes and ensured that the client-therapist match was optimized during the registration process, which is crucial for successful therapy. I also created Courageous Healing's Practice Policies and developed online application forms for clients seeking Sliding Fee assistance or Insurance Benefits Verification for those with insurance coverage.
